Calimu is an independent online store operated by an individual entrepreneur based in Spain.

By placing an order on Calimu’s website, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Products

All products available on Calimu are second-hand, including books and vinyl records.

Each item is sold in the condition described on its product page. As these are pre-owned items, minor imperfections are to be expected.

3. Orders and Cancellations

Orders are prepared and shipped every Monday.

Customers may cancel their order before Sunday at 23:59 (Spain time) prior to shipment.

After this time, orders are processed and can no longer be cancelled.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of an incorrect item being sent.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

No returns or refunds are available for any other reason.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Payment must be completed before the order is confirmed.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, product descriptions, and logos, is the property of Calimu or its content creators.

Any reproduction, copying, or misuse of the website content without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union.

Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Tarragona, Spain.
